Williams Refrigeration Hong Kong Limited was established in 1988 and now has manufacturing facilities in Guangdong, China as well as sales offices in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering equipment and specialist fabrication to major projects including five-star hotels, prestigious clubs, restaurant and fast food chains as well as Hong Kong and Chinese Government projects.

With further offices located in Shanghai and Beijing, Williams’ commitment is to Global Products, Local Service. With the steady growth of sales in China since the award of a local sales license from the Chinese Government, Williams has continued to supply professional refrigeration to the local market. A national distributor network has been established and is now selling products manufactured at the Williams Refrigeration Hong Kong Limited China factory in Dongguan.

Williams Refrigeration Hong Kong Limited achieved the prestigious ISO9001 certification in August 2001.

The achievement of ISO22000 in September 2007, confirmed Williams’ philosophy of putting its customers first, provides a quality product with value for money, and as part of our drive for group business excellence by keeping us at the forefront of professional refrigeration.

To ensure our product quality conforms to the change in Chinese food safety regulations, Williams Refrigeration (Dongguan) Limited achieved QS in December 2009.

Williams Refrigeration (Dongguan) Limited achieved the environmental accreditation ISO14001 in July 2011, for the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of refrigeration products - and proudly becoming the first refrigeration manufacturer to do so.

A number of Williams products have also achieved the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) for the Chinese market.

 

Staff wealth fare and safety are always paramount for Williams – and has achieved WCA in May 2014 as well as OHSAS18001 in August 2014.

In April 2015, Williams achieved SASO for product quality, in compliance with the Saudi Arabian market.

We will strengthen the system and continue to provide quality services to our customers quickly and accurately. In addition, we aim to be a “Evolving Company” that can contribute to both society and customers by combining the strengths of all members.
